The Policy and Resources Panel advises the Fire Authority on the strategic risk based planning agenda in line with the need to secure continuous service improvement and community risk reduction across East Sussex and the City of the Brighton & Hove.  The Panel provides overall political leadership to the service and drives the formulation, planning and subsequent implementation of Fire Authority Plans and Strategies.
